Optimize Your Program Selection with Our Free Consultation Service


We offer a free consultation phone call to ensure that your program selection is tailored to your specific needs. During the call, we will discuss your sport, season, schedule, level of competition, injury history, and more. This allows us to evaluate your performance objectives and plan your new training program. Our consultation phone call is not only important, but essential to building an effective training program.


Program Design for Your Specific Needs


Once you have selected your training program, you will receive a welcome email with instructions on how to download the mobile application. Our strength coach will design and implement your weekly "trial" program within 24 hours. After your 7-day free trial, you will be able to continue your program on a month-to-month basis. Your strength and conditioning coach will contact you to schedule your performance objectives for the upcoming month. They will also provide a detailed explanation of each feature within your program. Welcome to the team!


Follow-Up for Continued Success


Athletes will have access to a monthly calendar to schedule their follow-up phone call (team meeting). During this time, your coach will review the expectations for communication following your program selection.
